  1. Hi. I’ve suffered a sprain of my right ankle several times and I admit that rehabilitation after this injury is strenuous. I don’t know what mistake I am repeating, because history is repeating itself for the fifth time. Two weeks ago the therapist proposed me proflexen and I can see that the progress is much better this time. First of all, my leg doesn’t hurt anymore, and secondly, the range of motion has increased.

  2. In my opinion, this is a good measure for the long-term improvement of joint function, but it is certainly not very effective in quickly relieving knee or hip pain. I am writing this from my own experience because I have been using Proflexen for over two years and at first I thought it was not working at all, as I started supplementation during hard injury of knee. And It was only recently that I realized that I hadn’t had any injury for a long time, despite frequent mountain trips, which are my favorite pastime. I know that I will use the supplementation as long as I am running intensively and I often go hiking in the mountains because my fitness has increased significantly.

  3. This is definitely not a remedy I recommend for severe knee pain. In my case, strong pharmacological, painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs helped. However, I am sure that the rehabilitation period has been significantly shortened. Regardless, I think it’s worth using Proflexen.
